Our new Pilates class will start on Wednesday 26th October at 7.30 to about 8.30pm, as a result we will be starting all our groups at 6.30pm prompt, so we can get some lite refreshments before the Pilates start. If you havent tried Pilates before (i never had before last year) it really helps to build up Core strength and a result your stamina, and helps prevent injury etc when running. I would highly recommend you give it ago, as over a period of time i know you will feel the benefits as i have!! The cost of Pilates will be £12 for 6 weeks, and we start taking payment soon!!
