Junior Jogscotland Fun Night

On Wednesday 12th August were having a Junior Jogscotland Fun Night for kids of Peterhead Jogscotland members. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. This session will last from 6.30 till 7.30pm so you can drop the kids off, and pick them up after you been for a run. We are also looking for some helpers on the night. If you would like your kids to take part or would like to help give me an email or let me know on Monday or Wednesday night. We will be having a informal meeting on Monday night (after our run) on 10th August just to explain what will happening on Wednesday night.

Waterside Inn Leisure Club

If you give your name to Diane for membership of the leisure club at the Waterside Inn please can you give her the money as soon as possible as has to be paid next week.

Family Fun Night and Marinathon

Forecast looks good for tomorrow night. Just a quick reminder whats happening. In the Heritage centre at 6- 6.45 Nautically themed fancy dress (all those taking part in fancy dress and in the marinathon will be registered for the marinathon at the heritage centre. Otherwise registration for Marinathon (cost £2) takes place at the Sailing club 6.00-6.45 help us get everyone registered in time, by completing the entry forms before you arrive. Please encourage your friends and family to take part remember it is a walk, jog or run!!! All those taking part will receive a lovely medal, goody bag and into a free prize draw. Lots more going on for all the family!!! Please come along join in the fun and finally dress as a Peteerhead Jogscotland Pirate for the night!!

Remember the Marinathon is 3k walk, jog or run, everyone completing it gets a lovely medal, and goodie bag and entry into prize draw. Top prize is bicycle courtesy of Halfords and Diane!!, second prize Training shoes to fit courtesy of Run4it, Third prize, I POD and lots more prizes. Entry £2- kids entering the fancy dress competition enter free!! All money raised is in aid of Lifeboat and Fishermens mission.

Registration takes place 6pm -6.45- Peterhead Sailing Club Marinathon starts at 7pm.

All leaders in keeping with the nautical theme are dressing as pirates on the night, why dont you join us as a pirate on the night it will be a right laugh!!

Relay for life

We are putting together a fantastic team for the Relay for Life which takes place 2 weeks tomorrow!! If you would like to join us simple click here

It will be a fantastic event, their are 32 teams taking part!! On the day we going be known as the Rainbow Runners so we are looking for our team to dress in Neon colours and as bright as it comes!! During the day we will have lots going on including beat the goalie, sponge throwing at yours truely!! Bottle and sweetie stalls (have you any bottles) Toffee stall (do you anyone who makes??), Fred getting waxed (cant wait!!). Please join us you wont be disappointed!!

Relay for Life

In less than 3 weeks time on Saturday 25th July at 11am till Sunday 26th at 11am we will be taking part in the Relay for Life we aim to jog the track at Catto Park for 24 hours.
