Jogscotland 5K in a Double Decker!!
George Stephen has kindly organised for us to go to the Jogscotland 5k at Haddo House in a double decker and hes our driver !! After George going to all this bother wouldnt it be great if we could completely fill the bus!! To register simply click here
The jogscotland 5k takes at Haddo House on Tuesday 16th June at 7pm bus leaves at 5.30pm.

Relay for Life Registration
On Sat 25th/Sun 26th July Peterhead Jogscotland we will be taking part in the Relay for Life in aid of Cancer Research at Catto Park. Will be trying to have someone jogging on the track from our group for the whole 24 hours. We will be breaking the sessions down to 20min/30 min and one hour.

Congratulations to all who took part in the Baker Hughes today we had an amazing 33 of our group taking part. We are all proud of your achievements especially if this was your first 10k. On Monday night the Advanced group will go with the intermediate group- dont say i am not good to you ha ha!!

Jogscotland Walk, Jog, Run 5k at Haddo House
We have about 50 names for the Jogscotland 5K at Haddo House to register simply click here.
The minimum age for the 5k is 13, but their is also a junior event which starts at 6.15pm, to register simply click here.
Remember this is a walk, jog or run event so even if you are a beginner you will be made most welcome!!

Relay For Life

Robert is our Achiever of Year
Well done to Robert Sinclair who was awarded the Peterhead Jogscotland Achiever of the Year last night at our annual AGM. Since Robert joined us last year he been a great encouragement to everyone of at Peterhead Jogscotland. Robert started with beginners group and is now in intermediate group, and recently succesfully completed the Balmoral 5k. Robert is what Peterhead Jogscotland is all about he has fun, he made so many friends, and his fitness has improved so much since he joined us. Robert we are very proud of you!!

Jogscotland Leaders
Thanks to Fraser Bowie and Stewart Strachan who gave up their precious free time on Saturday and went all the way to Aviemore to train as jogscotland leaders, i know they will both be a great asset to our team of jogscotland leaders.
Nights Oot at the Palace Hotel
We had a fantastic night on Friday night at the Palace Hotel , photographs will appear in the near future- and no i dont accept blackmail money ha ha!!
AGM and Donation Station
We arent jogging on Wednesday night as we have our AGM at Living Waters Church, please come along it wont last long i promise, and have teas and coffee a Simpsons pieces for afterwards. On the night we will be presenting our annual Achievers Award, and we have some exciting news about the future of the club!! Also on the night we will collecting our Donation Station Bags in Aid of our Relay for Life Appeal in aid Cancer Research, if you cant manage on Wednesday please bring along tomorrow night.
Make A Wish
Again i can only repeat what we have said time and time again, thanks to everyone who have made a donation to our Make A Wish Appeal what the total will we just dont know, however it will over £12,000. Roselyn and i never ever imagined we raise so much money for Make A Wish. Thanks to everyones generous donation many more kids in our area with life threatening illness will see there dreams granted!! Thank you all again, you made our London Marathon even more memorable!!

Friday 8th May - Oor Nicht Oot at the Palace Hotel tickets cost £15 this includes a sit down meal and disco. Names and payment to Diane by Wednesday night at the latest.

Welcome Back from the London Marathon
Roselyn and i were really touched by the welcome we received from all our friends when returned back to Peterhead Jogscotland on Wednesday night after completing the London Marathon on Sunday.

Why dont you make running the London Marathon your aim in the future, Roselyn and i never thought we would be able to do it, remember i was fisherman for 20 years and never started jogging till i was nearly fourty!!
