Just a reminder the entry for the Jogscotland 5K at Hazelhead closes next Friday 6th June, if you intended going make sure you have registered before that date. Marinathon Monday 21st July

Peterhead Lido in Days Gone Bye!!

This years Peterhead Marinathon (3k Walk, Jog or Run) at the Lido on Monday 21st July at 7pm which is organised by Peterhead Jogscotland is in of aid of thePeterhead Lifeboat and Peterhead Fisherman Mission, if you would like a sponsorship form contact myself .Entry on the night will cost £2 with all money raised going to this worthwhile charities. All children entering the Nautically Themed FancyDress in the Maritime and Heritage Centre at 6.15 (on the same night as the Marinathon) will get free entry into the Marinathon. This year event will be jointly sponsored by Falck Nutec, Hughes Macdonald and Davidson, TenantsFirst and Peterhead Port Authority

Baker Hughes 10k

Fun Day/ Picnic at Aden Park

Roselyn has received a letter back from Aberdeenshire Council giving us permission to have our funday/ picnic on Sunday 17th August at Aden Park. What does everyone think about this date? Let know asap so we can confirm/ or cancel this date.

BRG Challenge

Last year Fred and I jogged the Broch-Rosehearty-Gamrie Challenge, and Elaine, Edna and Roselyn walk it. Again this year Fred and I are going to jog it, Angela and Karen are speaking about Jog/ Walking it. If anyone is interested let me know. This event takes place on Saturday 26th July, and is really scenic along coastal route of 17 miles, and you arrive in Gamrie during the local gala at harbour.

Welcome to our Peterhead Jogscotland blog believe it or not i started this last year but have never got round to posting it!!! Over the coming months i hope to keep you informed whats going on in the life of Peterhead Jogscotland so if have news you want tell people what ever it maybe let me know.
